Peli 1646AirFS is a nine-piece polyurethane replacement foam set for the 1646 Air Case. It contains one 5.1 cm convoluted lid layer, one 6.2 cm upper Pick N Pluck layer, three 6.2 cm lower Pick N Pluck layers, one 3.7 cm flat bottom layer and three 2.1 cm filler layers.

Mark the outline of your equipment before removing the pre-scored cubes. Leave at least one inch of foam between the equipment and the case wall.
