Shipping policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through protective-cases.eu, operated by MEDIAPARK.

1. Delivery area

We deliver online orders within Croatia and to supported countries of the European Union.

Available delivery options, applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and the products in the order.

For destinations, products or order types for which standard online delivery is not available, please contact us for an individual quotation.

2. Shipping costs

Orders of €100 or more

We offer free standard delivery on eligible online orders with a total product value of €100 or more within Croatia and supported EU countries.

The €100 threshold refers to the value of the products in the order after any applicable discounts and before any separately agreed services or special delivery charges.

Where free delivery is available, this will be automatically shown at checkout.

Orders below €100

For online orders with a total product value below €100, a shipping charge applies.

The exact shipping cost depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout before payment and completion of the order.

The customer can therefore review the total product price, applicable VAT and shipping charge before placing the order.

3. Orders not covered by standard free shipping

The standard free-delivery offer may not apply to:

  • deliveries outside the supported online delivery area;

  • destinations outside the European Union;

  • Cyprus and Malta where standard online delivery is not offered;

  • the United Kingdom;

  • exceptionally large, oversized or non-standard shipments requiring special transport;

  • pallet shipments where special transport arrangements are required;

  • products or configurations manufactured or prepared according to specific customer requirements;

  • B2B, project, tender or contract orders for which delivery conditions are defined in an individual quotation;

  • orders for which a different delivery arrangement has been expressly agreed with the customer.

Where additional or special delivery costs apply, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed or the applicable delivery terms will be stated in the individual quotation.

4. Large and non-standard products

Certain Peli cases, rack systems, lighting systems and other large or heavy products may require special packaging, pallet transport or another form of non-standard delivery.

Where standard delivery is available directly through the online store, the applicable delivery cost or free-delivery option will be shown at checkout.

If the product cannot be shipped using our standard online delivery service, we may contact the customer before dispatch to arrange an appropriate delivery method.

No additional delivery charge will be added to a completed online order without the customer's prior agreement.

5. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and product availability.

As a general guideline:

  • Croatia: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch;

  • Slovenia: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch;

  • most other supported EU destinations: approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates and do not represent a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Products that are not immediately available from stock, special-order products or customised configurations may have longer delivery times. Where applicable, availability or an estimated lead time will be stated on the product page, confirmed after the order or communicated directly to the customer.

6. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed during our regular business days.

After an order has been processed and dispatched, the customer may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

Orders containing several products may be shipped in more than one parcel or shipment.

Where practical, we may combine products into a single shipment.

7. Carriers

Orders may be delivered by courier, parcel service, pallet carrier or another logistics provider depending on the size, weight, destination and nature of the shipment.

The carrier used for an individual order may vary.

Where tracking is available, the relevant tracking details will be provided to the customer after dispatch.

8. Delivery delays

Delivery times provided on the website or at checkout are estimates.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier delays;

  • severe weather;

  • public holidays;

  • customs procedures;

  • transport disruptions;

  • strikes;

  • force majeure events;

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

  • exceptionally high order volumes.

Where a delivery issue occurs, we will assist the customer in resolving the matter with the carrier where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights or any liability of the seller that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when placing the order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, return shipment or additional transport cost, the customer may be responsible for the additional delivery costs where permitted by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has already been dispatched.

10. Failed delivery and uncollected parcels

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the carrier may:

  • attempt delivery again;

  • leave instructions for redelivery;

  • redirect the parcel to a pickup location; or

  • return the shipment to us.

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, because delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or because an incorrect delivery address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

11. Damaged shipments

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend noting the damage with the carrier and taking photographs before opening the shipment.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • the order number;

  • a description of the damage;

  • photographs of the outer packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label; and

  • photographs of the damaged product.

This information helps us process the claim with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods remain unaffected.

12. Missing parcels

If tracking information shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check whether the shipment was:

  • accepted by another person at the delivery address;

  • left at an authorised safe location;

  • delivered to a neighbouring address; or

  • redirected to a parcel shop or pickup location.

If the shipment still cannot be located, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.

13. EU VAT and B2B orders

VAT treatment depends on the customer's location, customer type and applicable EU VAT rules.

For eligible B2B transactions within the European Union, VAT may be handled under the reverse-charge mechanism where the required conditions are met and a valid EU VAT number is provided and successfully verified.

Applicable VAT and the final order amount are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping charges, where applicable, form part of the taxable transaction in accordance with applicable VAT rules.

14. Deliveries outside the European Union

Standard online shipping through protective-cases.eu is primarily intended for Croatia and supported EU destinations.

For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us before ordering.

International deliveries may be subject to:

  • customs procedures;

  • import duties;

  • local taxes;

  • customs brokerage fees; and

  • additional transport charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual quotation, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

15. B2B, project and tender deliveries

For larger B2B orders, project deliveries, tenders, pallet shipments or orders requiring special logistics, delivery conditions may be agreed separately.

In these cases, the individual quotation, order confirmation or contract may specify:

  • delivery cost;

  • delivery method;

  • Incoterms where applicable;

  • delivery schedule;

  • palletisation;

  • special packaging; and

  • other logistics requirements.

Where individually agreed delivery terms differ from this Shipping Policy, the individually agreed terms take precedence for that order.

16. Returns

Shipping conditions relating to product returns, withdrawal from the contract and refunds are described separately in our Refund Policy.
